Chapter 03 — Start small
Start with the fresh portion.
You don’t have to switch your pet’s whole diet overnight.
You can make part of the bowl fresh — a scoop of real food alongside the usual. Your pet gets real ingredients from day one, and you get to see how they take to it.
No pressure. No pantry overhaul. Just a fresher corner of the bowl.

Tell us about your pet on WhatsApp — breed, age, weight, what they currently eat, and how picky the critic is.

We portion for your pet
We cook in small batches and pack meals to your pet’s size and activity. No scooping guesswork.

Frozen packs arrive weekly
Sealed, frozen, dropped at your door. Freezer in, bowl out. That’s the whole chore list.
Chapter 05 — Handle with care
Freezer to bowl

Store
Keep packs in the freezer at −18°C or colder, straight from delivery day.

Thaw overnight
Move one pack from freezer to fridge the night before. It thaws while you sleep.

Serve
Add to the bowl. Add a little warm water if your pet prefers it. Use within 24 hours of thawing.

Never refreeze
Once thawed, don’t refreeze. If you’re unsure how long a pack has been out, discard it.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Hyderabad. Message us your area and we’ll confirm your delivery day.
How often do deliveries come?
Weekly. Frozen packs arrive once a week, on a day that works for you.
Can I pause?
Anytime. Message us on WhatsApp before your weekly cut-off and we’ll skip or pause. No drama, no forms.
What if my pet doesn’t like it?
Start with a single pack — low stakes. If the chief taster says no, message us and we’ll sort it out.
How much do I feed?
Message us your pet’s weight and activity — we’ll portion it for you.
Do you have food for cats?
Yes. Fur Real — Chicken for cats is nutritionist formulated, cooked fresh in small batches and frozen. Message us to order.
Do you sell raw food?
Yes. We supply raw cuts, bones, organs, fish and eggs for experienced raw feeders. DM us on WhatsApp for the full raw menu and prices.
What about subscriptions?
Subscribe to a monthly plan and save 5%. Message us to set it up.
